Single 1:1 Online Signature Constellation Session (about 50 minutes; English or Spanish)
This session lasts approximately 50 minutes. We begin by discussing the main issue you want to work on, and I ask questions that help me set up the constellation. You will then select a certain number of acrylic pieces that will represent elements of the constellation, which are placed on a black mat. Once we determine the orientation of the pieces and explore how each one is “feeling,” I guide the process, making adjustments in the system until we reach a new, balanced order.
Constellations can be used to address a wide range of issues, for example:
Uncovering hidden patterns and outdated survival mechanisms
Understanding and improving difficult relationships
Preparing your body for surgery
Integrating body changes after surgery
Reducing or releasing recurring physical symptoms such as headaches, muscle tension, or digestive issues
Navigating career challenges
Managing stress and anxiety
Coping with challenging events such as accidents, loss, grief, breakups, divorce, moving, etc.
Releasing blocks and limiting beliefs related to abundance and self-worth
Addressing anything that limits your wellbeing, balance, and peace of mind
After the constellation, it is recommended to take it easy, drink plenty of water, and observe yourself and your environment over the following days and weeks to see if there are any noticeable changes. It is also recommended not to discuss the session with others for at least 3 weeks and to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to constellate the same or a related topic again, if needed.
