“I highly recommend constellations with Claudia. She has a beautiful energy that supports you in a safe and calm manner throughout the session. I noticed positive changes in my life after constellating with her.”

“I’m deeply grateful to Claudia for accompanying me on this journey of growth and transformation. Her constellations were a space of openness and healing, allowing me to clearly see what I needed to focus on and how to integrate my path forward with awareness and love. It was a very meaningful experience that marked a before and after in my personal journey.”

“I had a couple of constellation sessions with Claudia. The first was before my sleeve gastrectomy surgery, as I wanted to prepare myself, and my body, in the best way possible, because the recovery after this type of surgery depends significantly on the person. Then I did another session after the surgery because I wanted to let my subconscious and my body know that overeating and turning to junk food was no longer what I needed or wanted.

My recovery has been great in every sense, including food tolerance and types and quantities of food I can eat (considering the new size of my stomach). I also didn’t experience any hair loss (I did take all the medications, but as I said, whether that works or not depends on the person).

Now, a couple of months after the surgery, I can say that it worked, along with all the other therapy I’ve done. I’ve had rough times at work lately, probably the worst in a really long time, and I haven’t turned to food to cope with bad emotions or frustration, which is a first for me, at least that I’m aware of. I used to think “I had a really hard meeting, I deserve some chocolate” or “I can’t deal with this right now,” and I’d go looking for something to eat, just to take a break and clear my head. Even when things were going well, I’d think “I had a really great meeting, I deserve some ice cream.” I had countless moments like that, but now I’ve been much more mindful about it. I calm myself down, breathe, and keep going. Worst case, I go for a calming herbal tea. I’m very proud of myself in that sense and so are my psychologist and psychiatrist.

All in all, my experience was great. It is true that I’ve also done a lot of therapy, but it’s also true that it’s the first time I’ve been able to move past using food as a coping mechanism for everything. So, if you ask me, constellations really do help, a lot. It’s not a miracle, but it’s a big push in the whole healing process.”
