Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

A Constellation is a therapeutic approach that helps reveal hidden dynamics, unresolved patterns, and emotional blocks. Unlike traditional talk therapy, it uses a systemic, experiential method to uncover how things are related and their impact in your life today.
During a session, you explore how unseen loyalties, limiting beliefs, or entanglements might be influencing your behaviors, emotions, or challenges.
-
Sessions are usually held online via Zoom. In a 1:1 session, we’ll explore your specific issue through dialogue and the use of acrylic pieces that will help us create a tangible, three-dimensional representation of the situation, which can then be reorganized in a more balanced way.
-
A Constellation session can help you deal with multiple different issues like persistent life patterns, unresolved emotional pain, difficult relationships by uncovering ingrained patterns and giving you a different view of a situation. This approach offers rapid insight into hidden dynamics and patterns, releases stored emotions, restores balance, and can give you a greater sense of freedom and purpose.
